Where can I find parking?

Free public parking is available on site (reservation is not possible).

Garage parking is for payment - please check rate at entrance.

Can I smoke in apartments?

No. Smoking is not allowed.Breaking the law will be fined for 200 NIS

Are dogs allowed in apartments?

Yes.

Can I throw party with loud music?

No parties. No loud music or karaoke.

Is there additional payments for adding guests ?

The total price of the reservation is based on the number of guests you have chosen. If you want to add guests, up to the maximum possible, you may be charged additional costs.

How can I pay?

.Credit card details is taken only to secure reservation

7 days prior arrival you will receive payment notification where you have to fill in your credit card details on your own.

*We do not accept Diner's or direct credit cards.

How can I cancel reservation?

We are charging 7 days before arrival until then you can cancel with no fee.

Is there any special conditions for making reservation?

Yes. A damage deposit of ILS 300/500/1000 (depending on the type of apartment and number of guests) - is required on arrival. You should be reimbursed on check-out: your deposit will be refunded in full, subject to an inspection of the property.
When you check in, you will need to show a photo ID and credit card. Please note that all special requests are subject to availability and may incur an additional charge.
For your information, the additional VAT at the rate of 18% applies to Israeli citizens only. This tax is not calculated in the total price.
